1. Services: DialQuk Industries Pvt Ltd provides a variety of electrical services, including:
Electrical repairs
Electrical installations
Electrical maintenance

2. Visiting Charges: Daytime: ₹350 (non-refundable) - This fee covers the first 30 minutes of work. After 30 minutes, additional charges will apply for extra work. Nighttime: ₹650 (non-refundable)
3. Quotation and Payment: A detailed quotation will be provided for all services. Customers are requested to make payments promptly as per the quotation. Late payment may result in late fees. Repeated late payments may lead to your ID being blocked.
4. Quality and Satisfaction: DialQuk is committed to providing the highest quality services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please file a complaint on our website or helpline. Complaint resolution may take up to 15 days. In case of any dispute regarding the services, photographs of the work performed will be useful as evidence.
5. Warranty: DialQuk provides a 30-day warranty on all work performed. The warranty covers defects in workmanship only; it does not cover damage caused by external factors (such as overload, short circuit). Third-party products (such as fans, lights) are covered by the product manufacturer's warranty.
6. Refund Policy: If a booking is canceled before the service begins, a partial refund (excluding visiting charges) may be possible. No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced or is completed. There are no refunds for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The refund process may take up to 15 business days.
7. Employee Conduct: DialQuk expects its employees to maintain professional and courteous behavior. If you have any complaints regarding the conduct of an employee, please inform us.
8. Emergency Situations: In emergency situations (such as natural disasters), there may be delays in service. In such situations, DialQuk will prioritize the safety of its customers.
9. Service Delays: Service delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, weather). DialQuk will endeavor to inform you of any delays.
10. Data Privacy and Security: DialQuk is committed to protecting your personal information. Your information will not be shared with any third party without your consent.
